聚會須知.

禱告
求我們主耶穌基督的神，榮耀的父，將那賜人智慧和啟示的靈賞給我們，使我們真知道祂。並照着運行在我們心裏的大力, 充充足足的成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。願祂在聚會中得着榮耀。阿們!
 
聚會
1. 成人聚會在 Abeloff Convocation Center (中英雙語)。
2. 青少年 (6-9年級) 聚會在 Beers Hall (英)。
3. 請提早十分鐘安靜進入會場，同心為聚會獻上馨香的祭。
4. 請自帶聖經和聖徒詩歌。聚會中請關閉手機。
5. 擘餅禱告請儘量大聲。
6. 青少年晚上詩歌聚會時請勿拍照。
7. 請家長靠聖靈帶領是否讓孩子參加擘餅聚會。

兒童服事
1. 三歲以上至五年級兒童，由前兒童佈道團帶領。
2. 嬰、幼兒有保姆和教會姐妹照顧。
3. 若您的孩子對花粉、食物等過敏，請告訴老師。
4. 請勿帶孩童進入會場，以保持會場的秩序和安靜。
5. 家長請於聚會前15分鐘送孩子。聚會後請盡快接孩子。
 
分組交通
1. 請按名牌上寫的分組號碼參加交通，各組有小組長帶領。
2. 在最後一次分組交通後，請將教室桌椅歸還原位。
 
住宿、飯食
1. 星期五晚上7:30-10:30 在 Hemlock 一楼有冷餐供應，以方便晚到的弟兄姊妹。
2. 請按時進入餐廳用餐。隨身攜帶餐卡，勿借用別人餐卡，以免造成校方計算錯誤。
3. 通勤者必須向註冊組報到，並領取名牌、手冊。若需在餐廳用餐，可直接付現金用餐。
4. 請從正門進出宿舍大樓。所有側門都是緊急出口，並裝有警鈴。
5. 進入宿舍大樓的門卡就是餐卡，但在 12:00am-6am 之間無效。請務必在晚上12:00 之前回宿舍。

費用
本聚會以自由奉獻為原則，包括膳宿、場地、講員費和雜項開支。校方對場地使用是以三天為計，即使只住宿一天，仍按三天計費。

健身房、球類、游泳池、ESU wifi
Koehler 游泳池開放時間為星期六、主日下午 1:00-3:00。校園內禁止滑旱冰。

 
失物招領
在註冊處大廳設有失物招領箱。
 
離營
請弟兄姊妹務必作好以下離營手續：
1.  床单、枕套掀起放在床上。
2.  垃圾倒入垃圾桶內，將垃圾桶放在門外走廊里。
3.  拉開書桌和櫥櫃抽屜，方便同工們最後檢查。
4.  家具歸還原位，否則需向校方繳罰金五十元
5.  窗戶關好，但門打開。
6.  將全家的註冊信封,內含註冊清單和全家鑰匙餐卡,交回註冊組。
7.  若需提前離營，將名牌、鑰匙和餐卡交回家長。
8.  遺失每一鑰匙或餐卡，需向校方繳罰金七十五元。
9.  所有的人必須在下午2:00前完成離營手續,離開校園宿舍。



































Retreat Information.

Our Prayer
May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, give us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the full knowledge of Him. And to Him who is able to do far exceedingly above all which we ask or think, according to the power which works in us. May He be glorified throughout the retreat! Amen.
 
Meetings
  1. All adult bilingual message meetings (Chinese and English) will be at Abeloff Convocation Center.
  2. Youth message meetings for 6th-9th grade students will be at Beers Hall.
  3. Please arrive at the meeting at least 10 minutes before it starts. Prepare your heart to receive God’s word.
  4. Bring your own Bible and Hymnary to the meeting. Turn off your cell phone.
  5. Pray loudly during communion.
  6. Do not take pictures/videos during evening youth hymn fellowship.
  7. Parents may bring your children to communion at your own discretion.

Children’s Ministry
  1. Classes for 3 years old up to 5th graders will be provided by former Bible Ministries for Children.
  2. Nursery for less than 3 years old will be provided by sisters of CTM/ICA.
  3. Please let classroom teachers know if your child has an allergy or any special concerns.
  4. Do not bring your child to message meetings.
  5. Drop off your child in classroom 15 minutes prior to the message meeting. Pick up your child as soon as the meeting is over.
Group Fellowship
  1. Attend group fellowship according to the group number on your name tag. Each group will be coordinated by a group leader.
  2. Return all chairs and tables to their original positions after the last group fellowship.
Lodge and Meals
  1. Sandwiches are available on Friday evening 9:30-10:30 PM, for these brothers/sisters who arrive late and miss the dinner.
  2. Follow the meal time schedule. Carry your meal card with you and do not lend to anyone, to avoid unnecessary confusion and double charge to the retreat.
  3. Every commuter must register, and receive a name tag and a handbook. Commuters should pay cash for meals at the cafeteria.
  4. Enter and exit the dorm through the main entrance. All side doors are alarmed emergency exits.
  5. The meal card also open the Hemlock dorm main entrance which will be locked at night between 12:00am and 6:00am. Please return to your dorm before midnight.
  6. Each floor has a coordinating coworker, contact them for assistance:

All retreat costs, including meals, dorm, facilities, and speakers, will be paid by love offerings. The following expense in the table is for your reference.

Please make check payable to: Christian Testimony-Morris, and make a note on the check “2017 Memorial Day Retreat” and your “family ID”. Drop your check at the offering box at the entrance of the meeting hall.

Gyms, Pool and Wifi
Koehler Pool is open from 1:00pm-3:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Roller and skateboards are not allowed on campus. ESU wifi username: esucc001, password: Soccer09
 
Lost and Found
Lost and found boxes are at the registration office.
 
Procedure to Check out
  1. Remove used bed sheets and pillow cases and leave them on the bed.
  2. Place the garbage container outside the door in the hallway.
  3. Leave all drawers and cabinets open for the convenience of retreat coworkers’ final checkup.
  4. All furniture must be returned to their original positions. Or it will be subject to a $50 fine by the university.
  5. Close all windows but leave the door open.
  6. Return to the registration with the family envelope, containing the cover sheet, keys and meal cards for the whole family.
  7. If you have to check out before the end of the retreat, follow the same steps of 1-6.
  8. Every lost key or meal card will result in a $75 fine to the retreat.
  9. Everyone must check out and leave the campus by 2:00pm on Monday.
